E-Court Options

The Westlake Municipal Court is pleased to offer these convenient, online options to our customers. Our goal is to provide both open access to court processes and procedural justice.

Request Forms (keeping citation off your record): Make sure you are eligible before you submit the request forms.

• Request for Deferred Disposition
• Request for Drivers Safety

Request Forms (payment assistance, resulting in a conviction):

• Request for Payment Arrangement
• Request for Indigency (Inability to Pay)

Submitting Paperwork:

• To submit Driver's Safety or Deferred Disposition completion paperwork, please email your attachments to court@westlaketx.gov and include your citation number in the Subject Line. 
• Before emailing your driver's safety certificate make sure you sign it.
