Agenda Center

Town Council and board agendas are posted 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting. Minutes from each meeting are approved by the governmental body at a subsequent meeting and are published. You can watch all our meetings live or watch the archived version here.

Speak During a Public Meeting

Members of the public who wish to participate during Public Comments or speak on a specific item for action must complete a form and submit it to the Town Secretary typically before 5 p.m. or before the start of the meeting. Forms may be submitted in person or online.

Public Records Archive

The Town of Westlake switched to a new agenda system in January 2023. This searchable public database includes agenda packets, meeting minutes, ordinances, and resolutions for the Town of Westlake, Westlake Academy, and affiliate boards from December 2022 and earlier.
