One-time credit card payments, recurring credit card payments, & recurring bank drafts can all be set up through your online account. To get started, you will need a working email address to receive a verification code, your account number, and either your last name or the amount billed on your previous month's bill. Please click on the link above to access the online payment portal, and then follow the instructions below.
After you have linked your account, click on the "Utility Bill" button under the "Where to?" label. This will take you to the portal where you can manage your account. You can view bills, check on payments, and enroll in or manage Auto-Pay.

If you lose your remittance stub, please indicate your account number or service address with your correspondence. Please do not staple your check to your remittance stub.
Visit us at Town Hall! We are in the Solana Terrace campus at 1500 Solana Boulevard, in Building 7. It is the only white building that is not a parking garage. Our offices are on the second floor. You will see our double doors as soon as you get off the elevator or climb the stairs.
