Functions of the Zoning Board of Adjustment
The Town Council serves as the Zoning Board of Adjustment. The purpose of the Zoning Board of Adjustment is to hear and decide an appeal that alleges requirements, decisions, or determinations made by and administrative official in the enforcement that may be specified or required by ordinance or the laws of the State of Texas. The Mayor may sit as an alternate member when necessary to make a quorum.
