If you’d like to apply to serve on Town Council, now is your chance. Council Member Place 2 is vacant due to a resignation. Residents can apply to be considered for appointment to fill this vacancy through the next general election in May 2025. The qualified applicant would serve as a Westlake Town Council member as well as a Westlake Academy Board of Trustees member.
We will accept appointment applications for the current vacancy from now until noon on Monday, August 19, 2024. Prior Board or Commission experience is preferred. The Council will review the applications and decide who will fill the vacancy during the August 19, 2024, Council meeting.
