Phone, cable & internet providers* vary by the part of town you're in:

AT&T (1.844.855.1539) services Granada, Entrada, Mahotea Boone, Roanoke Road, Schwab, Knolls at Solana (essentially north of Dove Road)

Retail Electric Providers compete to sell electricity. However, each provider is limited as to the market share it has in each geographical area.
