Here's a recap of tonight's joint Planning & Zoning/Town Council meeting:
- The Westlake Academy House of Commons and the WA DAWGS were recognized with proclamations
- Council discussed taking over the cost of the median maintenance in front of Quail Hollow and Vaquero neighborhoods as well as the park maintenance on the corner of Davis and Dove outside of Granada
- Council voted to conduct a traffic study to consider a signal on Davis Blvd in front of Quail Hollow and Vaquero
- Council voted to approve putting the Town-owned property in Entrada up for sale
- Council approved the 51-home development on Solana Blvd across from The Knolls
- Council approved a concept and development plan for a portion of land located between Highways 114/170 and Schwab Way
- Council approved a preliminary site evaluation for the Circle T Front 44 phase one development
- Council voted to allow the listed use of commercial amusement as a permitted use within the retail and mixed-use sub-areas
- Council adopted a PD site plan for Pin Stack to be located along Parish Lane and Hwy 170
