During the March 24th council meeting, Mayor Greaves and Fire Chief Ard presented a proclamation to Westlake resident Dr. Matthew Evans, Keller Police Officer Phillip Davis, and members of the Westlake Fire-EMS crew for their actions in saving Bill Parmelee's life.
Dr. Evans witnessed Bill experiencing a medical emergency on a bike ride and quickly stopped on the side of the road to perform CPR. Thanks to him and the first responders involved, Bill is alive to tell his story. It's an inspiring story you won't want to miss.
