The Town of Westlake is upgrading its utility billing system to a new and improved online portal for residents starting early October. To keep our public services efficient and up to date, residents will see changes in their billing documents and payment portal. Here’s what you need to know:
September will be the last billing cycle before the system upgrades. When October rolls around, your bill will have a new design and feature more detailed information about your water and irrigation usage.
Once the new system launches, your billing portal can be accessed the same as normal. Simply visit westlaketx.gov and click the “Pay Utility Bill” tab on our home page and log in as usual. Current account holders will not need to sign up for a new account or re-register for auto draft. However, we do recommend paying through a bank draft instead of a credit card to avoid being charged an additional fee.
Residents can continue to pay their bill online, by mail, or in person. To make this transition as smooth as possible, please contact our Utility Billing Department with any questions at utilitybilling@westlaketx.gov or 817-490-5732.
