If you missed the Town Council/Board of Trustees meeting on Tuesday, January 21, here is everything you need to know:
- Council heard a report from the Texas Student Housing Authority
- Council approved the amended 2024-2025 athletic stipend schedule
- Council approved architectural standards and an architectural pattern book for the Villaggio residential development
- A development agreement between Westlake and Otter Partners for subdivision improvements for the Ventanas residential development was tabled until a future meeting
- The discussion to approve the purchase of a new fire engine not to exceed $1.3 million was put on hold
- Council approved the authorization for the Town Manager to contract with inCon-Trol Water Systems to repair and update the existing well system at Glenwyck Park through a Master Interlocal Agreement with the City of Southlake in an amount not to exceed $71,000
- Council and the Planning & Zoning Commission took part in a joint training session pertaining to development
